Populating a stretch of Broadway once dotted with stoically vacant retail strips and convenience stops, the 9B community sited near the corner of 9th Street and Broadway now enjoys more invigorating surroundings. Neighboring expanses of brutally bleak parking lots have been replaced with Michelin Star neighbors, outdoor trivia nights and carefully curated cafe patios. With a short walk, one can stroll for produce and local goods at the Sunday Farmer's Market, watch the children navigate Southside Park's endlessly entertaining playground, and take a garden tour through Sacramento's most historic cemetery, also well known for its native plant varieties.
